SHIPPING POLICY

The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 10 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. In case of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is based on the method chosen and will be quoted with your shipping options.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically 1-3 business days
  • Next Day Shipping: Typically 1 business day

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, particularly in peak periods or due to weather conditions.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:
SnoopyBoo ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking numbers once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers will be activated within 24 hours.

Damages:
SnoopyBoo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S., but we're looking to expand our horizons. Stay tuned for updates on when we start shipping to other countries.
